How do I open the bios utility on my ASrock Z68 extreme 4?

Ive looked just about everywhere, all I am trying to do is update the bios with a flash, which plenty of instructions are given for that, except they fail to tell me how to open the bios to begin with.

Go here and download the latest Instant Flash bios: http://www.asrock.com/mb/download.asp?Model=Z68%20Extreme4&o=BIOS

Unzip the file, copy the file Z68EXT41.60 (the latest update) to a FAT32 formatted flash drive.

Classic method to open most bios: Press the F2 or DEL key when your computer is booting up.

Click on Advanced, Instant Flash, and the bios file.

Or press the F6 key while booting up to go directly to Instant Flash.
