How do i open IE on both my monitors - maximized but clicking once

i have dual monitors, and wanted a software that would allow me to open 2 IE at the same time on each of the monitors by pressing only once
 
what kind of Video card do you have?
Nvidias Nview will let you do this

wait! do you want it spanned across both or 2 seperate windows?
