Hey gang,

Just bought a PNY Ti4200 at BB for $150 (PNY's are more quiet, so I figured I'd try this company) and now I want to OC it to a 4600 to get money's worth. heh heh There doesn't seem to be any software control panel that makes this easy though, so how is it done? Is there a substitute driver I download that enables a software overclock, or is it hardware controlled with a jumper or something like that? I've never OCed a video card, so in case you cant' tell yet, I'm clueless here. ;)

All help is appreciated...

get Riva Tuner. I cant remember from where but Google.com is your good friend there ;) just load up Riva Tuner and just play around with the cpu/memory clocks. *~*~BE VERY CAREFUL THOUGH!*~*~ if you increase either one of these settings beyond what the card can handle, you can burn out your card totally. Just check out what other ppl have done with the same card and/or similar stats :D and also check the clock speeds of 4400's and 4600's so you know when your getting in the right area. Good luck overclocking to ya :)

I'd use Powerstrip. Screwing around with RivaTuner can screw up your videocard. Stay away from it altogether.:)
