How do I obtain Internet from router to PC through utp cable?

No idea how to set it up - the connecting cable is already in both ends, but that's about how far I got.

Also, if it helps, my router is a FRITZ!Box Fon WLAN 7170.
 
follow your routers instructions, it should tell you how to log into it and do the initial setup. If you dont have the manual search for it online.
