If I understand your question correctly, you want to know how to overclock your Geforce2 and you are using Detonator version 6.67, correct?
There are a few ways to go about it. You could edit your registry and add the right keys and values to enable this in the display control panel.
Alternatively you could download a registry file and merge it into your registry that would do this for you. There are also some other programs out there that supply this feature. I use PowerStrip because I like to tweak my monitor as well.
You want to find things like Nvmax and Nvtweak to name a couple. Try not to kill your system, registry editing can be dangerous and all that CYA stuff I should be saying here...;)
Go here for lots of files and info:

Coolbits won't work on the drivers above 6.50 (can't remember if it works with 6.50 as well).

You need to replace the nvcpl.dll(6.67) with the same file from earlier versions which allow o/cing like 6.47 or 6.49 in order to enable the hardware option again.

I am using the 6.72 drivers and coolbits is working perfectly for me. Are you looking in the right place in the driver control panel? Under "additional properties" there is a "hardware options" tab. That's were the overclocking options are.

Can you disable vsync in Direct 3D? If you can coolbits is definitely working.
