How do I NOT get capped on OOL

So I have Optimum Online (OOL) and every once in a while when I run bittorrent it will cap me for uploading too much.

A few questions, directed more towards people who have OOL, will limiting my upload speed to lets say 15kb/s in Azerus (bittorrent app) keep them from capping my bandwith??

I think they cap you for uploading too much in a given hour, but I can't keep stopping my download/upload every hour (what if I wanted to keep in on overnight?)

So Basically, how do I not get capped...again 😛

switch from BT to FTP....

really, how many legit uses for BT are there, and how many of THOSE are not provided via FTP as well? If you are going to leave it running overnight anyway....

I have OOL, i upload using BT. I set the upload limit to 20kB/s i can upload for days at that speed and not be capped. I uploaded 700MB ISO to my friends a couple times, uploaded them at full 120KB/s speed, and I havent been capped. As long as you dont abuse the upload bandwidth, meaning uploading 90KB/s + for days straight, you'll be alright.
