How do I move the DOCKAPPS icon?

I installed a couple of progs found on dockapps.org and I would like to know how I can move the icons from their default location.
Is there any way I can drag them? I know there's an option you can move them to certain corners of the screen, but I want them
at certain spots that the setting option cannot offer.

BTW...I am running the latest version of Fluxbox on RH 7.3
