How do I move my partition back to the front?

Yesterday, I installed Acronis True Image and it created a partition before the XP partition so it could create a rescue drive image.

I uninstalled it today and unfortunately, it left 20 gigabytes of unallocated space in front of my Windows XP partition right where the boot partition should be!.. Windows still boots okay but when I try to run things like Perfect Disk to do an offline defrag it'll say that it can't find the Windows Partition.

I tried running Partition Magic 8.0 to move the Windows partition back to the bootable boundry but when I start it up, it just says that it can't recognize a bootable partition with error 117.

there's a way to create some boot diskettes for Partition Magic that'll let me use it before booting Windows which I need to do but I don't have a floppy drive!

So I can't access the means to which I can fix my problem. Any ideas about what to do?

Specs:
80GB HDD
1 Primary partition and 10 GB of unallocated space in the boot area.

Could you make a bootable cd to do the partition magic trick that you could otherwise do if you had a floppy drive?

Paragon Partition Manager allows you to define a partition move while windows is running then it reboots the computer and moves the partition. Im not exactly sure but partition Magic should do the same.
