How do I modify users under Win2k Pro?

I have three users setup on my computer, myself which is set at Administrator, and two others setup as Power Users. The problem i'm running into is that when one of the power users tries to burn a CD, it says that they are unable to do so and to ask the admin to give them privilages to do so.. the only way that I can let them burn CDs currently is to set their accounts to administrator privilages, but I don't want to do that. How do I modify what power users can and can't do?

You COULD edit the local policies for power users, or just go to control panel\users

go to the properties change the group of the two users to administrator.

what cdr software are you using btw? nero 5.5?

Ummm... oh yeah during program installation it asked what groups you wanted to give the ability to burn cd's. Go to file, preferences. As admin, go to security tab. You can select the group of users u want to give burning rights. Hope this helps, PM me if u got questions.

I had this problem too. The way I got around it was logging into each user and then clicking the "Run as different user" box under the icon's properties. Typed in the Admin username and password and that was it. You only give them admin rights to that one program. Should be under the shortcut tab in properties.
