How do I modify the Nvidia drivers to force 85mhz?

I know which file and line to change, but what do I change it to for 85mhz?

Just download NVRefreshTool 1.0 ,

Tried that program, but it does something to my drivers and screws up the preformance

Hmm it shouldn`t do anything like that,I use it all the time with great results,all it does is allow your monitor to run above 60hz in gaming,you could try downloading RivaTuner then from here .
