How do I modify a Maxtor ATA/100 Card?

Hey all, I remember modifying a Promise Ultra66 by jumping 2 pins w/a 100 ohm resistor a while back to make it into a RAID card. Is it also possible to do this on the new Maxtor ATA/100 PCI adapter cards? If so, can someone tell me which 2 pins to jump and w/what type of resistor? Or better yet, a diagram so I know which side to start counting the pins from? Thanks in advance.

I had one of these Maxtor ata/100 cards, they are really just the same as Promise's ata/100 no raid cards. There is even a sticker on the maxtor card that says &quot;Promise&quot;
