How do I mod the AMD T-bird to OC

Hello peoples,

Can someone please explain in simple easy terms what exactly has to be connected on the CPU to allow OC'ing. Exactly what points (from what to what)and how to identify the points.

Thanks a million,, (or at least the cost between a 850 and a 1 gig)
