How do I merge my boot camp partition with os x without destroying os x data?

Hey guys. I made a new boot camp partition but i've decided to give up windows. How would I merge that partition and os x without compromising anything on the os x side? Thanks in advance.
 
It won't delete your OS X data. GUID allows you to re-size partitions on the fly. I think the bootcamp manager app has a utility to delete it and restore the extra space to your Mac partition. If you're concerned about it, just make a Time Machine backup or a SuperDuper clone before doing it.
