How do I max. out my radeon 9550?

Another thing, my AGP frequency is set to 66...i should leave that as is correct? not mess around with it?

performance increase isn't linear with frequency increase...so 19% and 24% is totally normal

AGP frequency is 66 default

should i leave the agp voltage of 1.5v intact? would it make the overclock more safe in the long run if i change it or not?

yes leave it at 1.5V don't change that
