How do I make Win10 stop downloading in the background?

I accepted and reserved my copy of the upgrade, now how do I get rid of the windows icon and all that it is doing?
I don't want Win10 anymore, I tried it on my other machine and it wouldn't let PIA manager load on startup, I don't want it.

You can either uninstall the update for it or just turn it off if you do not want to remove the update
