How do I make task manager run on startup for Win 2k?

I want to get task manager to run on start up without having to click ctrl+alt+delete. Is there any way to make it a icon on my desktop?

there are many ways, one is putting a shortcut to taskmgr.exe in your startup folder

its in the system32 folder i belive.

Right click on your taskbar at bottom & then click on task manager.
