How do I make Netscape the default browser for Win98.?

I cannot find an option for Netscape to check if it is the default browser.

Any ideas.?

Trying to get rid of IE?
settings>control panel>internet options>programs tab>at the bottom uncheck "IE should check to see if it is the default browser" box.
