How do I make my new drive bootable?

So I got a new 30gb hard drive to replace my 13gb drive..and I used a program called HDCopy to transfer everything from my original drive to my new one. However when I plug in my new drive to be the Primary Master drive, whenever I boot I get a blue screen. I think the problem is that when installed the drive I had it set to Drive F in XP, and I think that's preventing Windows from seeing it as the bootable drive.

What can I do?
