How do I make Excel cells expand automatically when a lot of text is entered?

Look at the cell below remarks, there's a large amount of text in the cell below it, but it doesn't expand the cell to show it all:

Now look at how the text in this sample document automatically makes the cell bigger to fit all of the text in the cell:

How do I make it so the cell automatically makes itself bigger to fit all the text?

I don't want to have to adjust each cell individually to adjust itself when a large amount of text goes in it. I just want the program to make each cell bigger whenever large amounts of text go in the cells.

If someone can hurry and help, I'd really appreciate it. I'm in a rush to get this done.

If you right click and choose 'Format Cells' then the 'Alignment' Tab you can check 'wrap text'

That will allow the cell to grow vertically automatically.

You still have to set horiz. yourself, I don't think there is an option for that automatically, but could be wrong.

Already tried that, it still just forces all the text into the one cell and you can't see most of it.

I just tried it with the sample document, and it works, but with the document that I've created, it does absolutely nothing and keeps all the text scrunched into the one cell.

    What am I missing here?

    Here we go:

    http://www.dcturanoinc.com/jobsheet.xls

Click on the blue cells that correlate with the following titles:

Job # (the one at the very top)
    Building Owner
    Remarks (at the very bottom)

These are the ones that don't work. The rest of the entire sheet works fine. Can someone make them work?
