How do I make a QuickTime movie stream?

I have two .mov files I need to stream on a website but I have no idea how to do it. I can't import them into Frontpage or Dreamweaver and if I just load the file it has to sit there until the entire movie is downloaded to play. I obviously don't want this because people won't know it's downloading and close out of the window.
