How do I make a poll?

I've read the help and faq pages and followed the directions. Any reason as to why I can't? Is it my internet settings, or just my inability to create them 😕 Do I need Mod approval?

When you create a new topic look below the Post Message button. Put a check mark in the Poll box.

The next screen asks you for the poll information including the question, description, and answers.

What browser/popup blocker are you using? I've had problems where my browser wouldn't let me write PMs, do polls, etc because it thought they were popups. To get around it I had to allow all popups from the anandtech domain.

I use Google's blocker and allow pop ups here.
