How do I make a picture CD with music etc.

my family is here that just visited from tenessee

I want to make a nice little picture cd for maybe a DVD player that pops up with a little slideshow with music in the backround

Whats the best and easiest program to do this with? Free preferably

This one says it will, however i have never used it, but thought about trying it. It does have a free trial, I have just been to lazy to try it.

Jasc PhotoAlbum 4 and 5 both do it with ease. So does ECDC 6, 7, and Nero. Lots of packages do that.

Do not use Photo2VCD, the rendering tme is extremely long, and the quality of tyhe resulting VCDs is absolutely horrible. A waste of money... bad Chinese software...

Thanks for saving me the time AnitaPeterson. Also Corky-g I have Nero 6, I didn't know you could useNero to make a slide show with music. I will have to check that out. thanks people
