How do i make a link clickable in the sig

See my sig i want the link to be clickable, but in the profiles it says "HTML code is not permitted" but some of you guys have it.

You have to use the [l*=*blah]*http://*subscriber.anandtech.com[*/l] format. (take out the *)

Isn't it the same as making a clickable link in a regular post?
