How do I make a bootable CD that can read NTFS partitions?

DOS can't read NTFS so you must have to either load some utility or something to allow the reading of the drive... i have no clue, but bump for you 🙂
 
Why pay money or use a third party utility ? Thats why MS made the cd bootable and gives you the option to create boot floppies so you can run the console to do such tasks.
