How do I make a bootable CD for use with DOS disk utils?

OK, I want to make a CD bootable disk for use with partition magic, Ghost, etc. I'm doing away with my floppy drive so I'd like to know if there's a site that will show me how to do this. Or do you guys know?

Start Nero, chose CD-ROM (boot) , now put you boot floppy in A: now burn your dos apps to the cd. you will have a bootable cd with your apps.
