How do i make a boot cd for win2000?

Okay, i screwed up win2k with some bad cd burning software, then i tried to put a service pack on which was also stupid, so now i only get a blue screen that says, process1_error and a bunch of zeros. and can't do anything else.

I don't have a floppy drive (actually, i have two old ones that light up all the time and wont read anything, any ideas). I am trying to figure out how to make a cd that is bootable? i tried burning the 4 floppies onto a cd but that didnt' work, even after changing the bios to boot from cd, it always says failure.

I am in ntfs file format. i would like to get some info off the hd but its not necessary. i just want to be able to boot so i can reformat and put on fat32 so i can run win98 and/or win2000 at the same time.

anyone have any helpful ideas? i have access to a burner, and win nt, and the internet, but not at my house where my computer is.

please help...

thanks for the reply,

i don't think i could get it to boot. it had something that said i needed four floppies to make boot discs, which i did and that works, but not on cd for some reason. also, i don't have nero on my computer with a burner, only easy cd.

any other ideas? would burning a cd of a win98 boot disc work??

if the lights stay on on your floppy drives it could mean you simply have the cable plugged in upside down, try turning one of them over
