Hi all,

I'm returning a hard drive for RMA - SMART Failure predicted 🙁

And I need the following info:

Serial Number
HDA/Uplevel
PCBA/Uplevel
Unique/Uplevel

Where do I get this info without opening my case?

No, I didn't run diagnostic. On bootup it says SMART Failure predicted on primary master 🙁

Is there a diagnostic I should run?
 
i had this happen to me as well.........information is on the drive itself. should run the utility as others suggested so you can confirm what the problem is. Also might check bios to see if it has a SMART feature
