How do I look at my user rating or get one?

I notice some avatars are clickable and bring up profiles. Some people are rated and can be rated.... others have none of this available. I can't even CLICK on my avatar....what is up?
 
Yeah, just prepare people to give you a "1" for no reason at all. Unfortunately, my self-esteem can not take that kind of blow. 🙁

I think we should have, along with the user ratings, user comments. Sort of how like some people will leave comments for Anand's blog...
