How do I locate the right shutdown file for my Audigy Remote?

I'm programming my Audigy NX remote to run third party apps and other Windows functions - I did a search for shutdown.exe and found these three locations:

C:\I386

C:\WINDOWS\system32

C:\WINDOWS\ServicePackFiles\i386

Which is it? I'd like to get it right the first time...
I'm running XP Home Edition, SP 2.
