How do I load win98 or image to a computer on a TCP/IP network if only the HDD is formatted Do I need to load command.com on the HDD
how does the network can see this computer so I can load from another computer?

Use a network boot disk (you should be able to get one from www.bootdisk.com) to boot up the PC and connect to your network, then you can do whatever you need to do to install your OS.
