how do i know???

If it is, it would have two connectors for monitors on it (commonly one VGA port and one DVI port which you can convert to VGA with the included adapter plug)

Or you could ger really daring and RTFM
 
Or it could have 2 DVI.

Either way, if there are 2 inputs on the back (aside from S-Video, although if you have a monitor such as an LCD with a S-Video input, that would work) of the card, it will support multiple monitors.
