Ok, I am buying a Neo4-f, buy i noticed that there are 2 revisions, 1.0 and 3.0

How do I know which one I am buying? I noticed that some of them have red PCB and some are black. Is that the difference?

Here is the link

Well I tried that mb yesterday and it wouldn't maintain contact with any of the drives so I could never install windows. I took it back and got a BFG BFGRNF4U which has the ultra chipset and worked right out of the box the first time. I have one of the k8n neo4-plats and it works great and is nothing like the f which is the grade I give that mb.

I just replaced a mobo in a system with a 3000+ venice chip in it and it runs fine, but won't overclock worth a damn. I looked around and basically found that this board was in stock and at a decent price, the next step up would have cost almost $130 bucks versus $65 bucks. I may try and mess with overclocking a bit more, but it froze on reboot every time. If you're looking for a high performance board to overclock with, this isn't the one. But it was an inexpensive stable board in my personal experience.
