how do i know what size chipset fan to get?

My AMD 761 chipset fan went out. I want to replace but find no info in the manual or searching any forum about how i can go about finding out exactly what I need to replace or any sort of size info. Is there just some standard chipset fan or something?

It'd probably be a 40x40mm. You could go buy this and pop it on. If the pins dont fit, epoxy it on
