Question How do i know the bios software that has a mobo without having it

Im planning to buy a ASUS Prime z270-A but i need to know its BIOS software and version to know if the M.2 connector works as M.2 or SATA.
plz help any advice or help is really appreciated

The question is better stated as whether the M2 connects to SATA or NVMe or both types of device. Read the manual.

Unlike a lot of devices sold these days, motherboards don't include connectors that are enabled via update down the road. You will need to look at the manual. In this case, you just need to look at the motherboard's webpage.
