How do I know if X850 Pro is Vivo?

I am just about to jump on a X850 Pro and try to do the unlock. Before anyone says to go with a different card, I am able to obtain this card for ~60$ brand new (please don't ask how..., it's a long story). That being said, I am wondering how to depict a BBATI X850 that is possibly a candidate for a flash rather than one that is not. Thanks for any input and suggestions.

EDIT: This card is going to be purchased from Bestbuy (if that helps any).

If it is brand new, then there is a 100% chance that it will not unlock.

not going to happen unforntunatly, but the only card I know that can have anything unlocked is an x800gto/gto2 maybe not even the gto standard.

whatever, for $60 you might as well get it. at worst you can sell it for profit.

Agreed. The newer cards probably WILL NOT unlock.

Anyway. There are two ways to tell if your card is a ViVo ...

1) A yellow connector on the top right side of the board on the same side as the HSF.

2) A Rage Theater 200 chip on the card opposite the HSF.

A ViVo card will have both.

Yes, it has a good chance that it will unlock to an XT PE.

It is possible, and here is how to do it. But 95% of all new ones have laser cut pipelines and will not work.

FYI, I bought my built by ATI X850 Pro 3 days ago and it will not unlock. I wouold still get one though, they seem to overclock like nobodies business.
