That's a full-ATX board with one AGP slot and six PCI slots. Does your case have 7 card slots, and is it an ATX case and power supply? If you're not sure, check the main power connector that connects the power supply to the motherboard. An ATX power supply has a big connector with 20 wires. An ATX case has a rectangular area where all of the plugs for keyboard, mouse, USB, parallel and serial ports are located (a plate for this area will come with the motherboard).
Old AT-style cases have a big separate hole for the keyboard plug, and the other plugs are fitted to plates that go in the card slots. AT power supplies don't have the 20-pin power connector. If either of these items is AT, then get a new case and power supply. Also, if you have a proprietary case, or some other crazy type like LPX or NLX, get a new ATX case and power supply.
The 8K3A can take some pretty fast CPUs that require a lot of power. Is your power supply a good brand, and rated for at least 300W output or preferably more?
