There will just be one pixel on the screen which is black or red or basically NOT the colour it should be and just stay there all the time. Easiest to see it at a low resolution on a white background.
It's much easier to see any bad pixels if you fill the screen with just one primary color at a time. Unless I make my TV screen blue, I never notice that it has a bad blue pixel near the edge (bought 25 years ago).
