How do I know if HT is enabled?

Just got a new laptop, Dell 9100 Prescott 3.0Ghz E, 1024mb DDR 400 and mobile 9700 Pro 64mb. How do I make sure HT is enabled?

is it a P4e or a p4c. a e would suck because of heat
oh is it 533 fsb or 800fsb

u can also see the task manager if it has both cpu's showing...
