How do I know I am at USB 2.0?

I upgraded my notebook hard drive. Bought a 2.5 enclosure. How do I know it's working at USB 2.0 as it claims?

I have Sandra and it does say I do have the USB 2.0 controller but how do I know for sure?

plug in an USB2.0 device and it will tell you if it's a USB1.1 saying something about "connecting a high speed device to a low speed hub". If it doesn't, it's an USB 2.0 port
