How do I keep winamp 2.8x from crossfading?

AHHH!!

I can't find the option to turn this stupid thing off.

When I pause something I want it to stop.. not fade out!


How do I shut it off?

Try changing the fade length to 0 ms.

Go into Preferences and look at the Output plug-ins. You might as well try changing to the waveout plug-in or mess with the other settings if you haven't seen them before.

you can always just use the DirectSound out, instead of Wave-Out
