How Do I Keep IE 8 Expanded To Fit My Screen

IE 8 starts in a vary small screen with about 1/4 across my monitor's screen every time I click on a hyperlink & I have to click up on the top right to always expand it.

How Do I set it up to keep it at the normal size to fit my screen
with to keep from manually having to click to resize it.

An old solution worth trying: Open IE. Drag the edges to an appropriate size (don't click Maximize). Close IE (File -> Exit always had a reputation for working better than clicking X, for whatever reason).
