How do I keep a process from starting up in Win2k?

I have some major problems with my HP G85 drivers in Win2k. They are a driver issue primarily with a specific process starting up in the beginning. Is there a way I can disable processes from starting up just like in Windows 98?

THere's something in the faq about an msconfig replacement.

But if you mean actual services like anyone using NT thinks you may mean..

Go into administrative tools and edit the services. You can set it to manual or disabled.. instead of having it run during startup.
