How do I keep a camcorder LCD panel from falling?

My camcorder lcd panel doesn't hold up horizontally anymore. It stays attached and works great, but curves downward a few degrees.
 
Replace the hinge/latch that attaches it to the camera. Or rig something up to support it (duct tape is ugly but works). Or just deal with it being at a slight angle.
