How do i interpret RAM results from Sisoft Sandra 2001?

I have 128mb on the first bank and 256 on the second. I don't understand why the 256mb would have an Intel Spec. Frequency of 100 and not 133. Can somebody take the time and tell me if these specs are crap/poor/average/fair ?
