How do I integrate a new kernel into a linux .iso? (with MagicISO in Windows)

Hello.

I finally found a kernel that supports my RAID controller, the VIA VT6410. The kernel is on this page: Link. But which one do I need? (For Fedora Core 3)

Well, using MagicIso, I opened up the iso ( the dvd iso) for FC3, and went into the directory "FC_3 i386/Fedora/RPMS" I saw a few kernel files that I think may be the right ones, but I don't know which. All the RPMS starting with "kernel" are: kernel-2.6.9-1.667.i586.rpm, kernel-2.6.9-1.667.i686.rpm, kernel-doc-2.6.9-1.667.noarch.rpm, kernel-smp-2.6.9-1.667.i586.rpm, kernel-smp-2.6.9-1.667.i686.rpm, and kernel-utils-2.4-13.1.39.i386.rpm.

Here is a picture, for better clarity: kernels.JPG

Please, understand that I have some linux experience, yet it is not much, and that I only have Windows on my machine at this time (on a different drive)

Anyways, I have a DVD+RW to try out the new ISOs that I make.

Now, to the real question - how do I integrate the new kernel into the existing ISO? Do I need to just put it in the RPMS directory, then when asks how do I want to install it, do I type something? Do I go into expert mode?

Sorry if this isn't to clear, but I really need help.

Thanks in advance. :)
