How do i install Windows2000 from Dos?

I want to do a fresh install on a P3 that i believe has 1 Harddrive with a small partition, i formatted the c: which is 4 gb but not the d:which has only 1 mb

do i need to format the d: also, then what commands do i do to install windows 2000 from dos, i cant do

e:\setup

cause it then says "this program cannot be run in dos"
