How do I install Win 98 and Win 2000 on my computer?

Hi anybody knows how to do it? I have 2 harddrives. I am using the first one for Win 98 and I have the second one empty so I want to install Win 2000. Anybody can teach me how to do this? Thanks...

assuming you have win98 already installed and it has detected both drives.

you insert your win2k cd, then start setup, tell it where to install it, make sure its the empty drive, after that it will take you less than an hour, it will be done.

and now you have win98 and win2k, also, (atleast in my case) win2k automatically set the duel booth option at startup, so you can decided between win2k or win98.

Agree totally with DAM, and also just to point out that Microsoft recommends that you always install Win98 first before Win2K, as Windows 98 will try to overwrite the boot sector leaving you without the dual-boot option that Win2K automatically provides when you install it AFTER Win98.

Make sure you don't format the second hardddrive with NTFS, the 98SE OS will not see it. Also be advised the NTFS is v5.0 and the version with NT4 is 4.0. Good luck. Not hard for those two OS's.
