How do I install the patch for Sanitarium?

I just picked up Sanitarium for 10 bucks canadian.

The patch, when unzipped is a 2.78mb file called "SCN.006". I'm guessin you just place it in the "data" folder.

Would anybody know what to do with the file? Probbably not, the game is pretty old and kinda crappy.
