How do I install the new bios for the PE version of X1800XT ?

I have read on alot of forum's of gamers flashing their bios on the X1800XT to PE speed's of 700mhz+ and that it is rock stable at those ?

Please walk me through it

Why it does nothing but increase the speeds just like a normal o/c would do.

often a bios update changes mem timings/latency/voltages as well...

Mem timing/latency cannot be changed, only voltages. You can increase the voltage using software on the x1800
