How do I install sofware for all users in XP?

I am an administrator on my XP-Pro box. When I install software it works great for me, but when a person without Admin permissions logs in, they can not see or use the program.

Is there something I am doing wrong upon the install?

Many Thanks...

It all depends on how the installer is built. Most of the older installers will do what you have detailed above. However, newer, multi-user aware installers will set it up for all users on the system. There's not much you can do about it aside from manualy creating the shortcuts in the user's start menu.
